Not surprisingly the decision has been made to postpone the Society's season opener at Rye for the forseeable future. Following discussions between Match Manager Bill Merry and Rye's Geoffrey Dearing, it has been agreed that, with the way things are and are likely to remain for the rest of the winter, it would be foolish even to attempt to plan our visit scheduled for the last weekend in February. We hope that it may be possible to re-schedule for later in the year.
