Just north of London, Brookmans Park is a wonderful golf club with friendly and welcoming members, many of whom were prominent club cricketers in Middlesex and Hertfordshire in days gone by.

The match format is bacon rolls and coffee on arrival followed by 18 hole 4BBB matches before lunch. After lunch, which is always hugely entertaining, the match continues for most with a further 9 or 12 holes of Foursomes, a challenge that can often see the lunchtime score reversed one way or another!
